EcoSolve Terms of Delivery

Indicative Deadlines Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the specified execution and delivery deadlines are indicative. The delivery period only starts after payment of a deposit, if required.

Delays In the event of exceeding the deadlines, EcoSolve and the customer will agree on a new deadline without any right to compensation or termination of the agreement. The customer remains obliged to accept and pay for the goods.

Liability EcoSolve is not responsible for delays caused by the customer or third parties.

Non-Delivery Deposits will be fully refunded in the event of non-delivery of goods or services.

Levertijd: Bij niet-voorradige goederen bedraagt de gemiddelde leveringstijd 14 kalenderdagen, te rekenen vanaf de maandag na betaling. Voor consumenten bestellingen streeft EcoSolve ernaar binnen 30 kalenderdagen te leveren.

Issues with Ordered Goods and/or Services

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery:
    • Check the goods immediately upon delivery or collection for any damage or deviations.
    • Sign the delivery note. Any discrepancies should be noted on it.
  2. Complaints About Goods:
    • Report complaints in writing to EcoSolve within 48 hours of receipt, referencing the delivery note number.
    • Complaints reported after 48 hours will be handled as a warranty issue.
  3. Complaints About Services:
    • Report complaints in writing and via registered mail within 2 days of completion.
  4. Resolution of Complaints:
    • In the case of a valid complaint, EcoSolve may choose to replace or repair the goods/services or offer an equivalent alternative.
    • The customer remains obliged to pay, regardless of the complaint.

Cancellation and Withdrawal of Orders at EcoSolve

Cancellation:

  • Orders placed via the website can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet been dispatched.

Withdrawal:

  • Consumers can return orders within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, provided the goods are unused and in their original condition.
  • Notify the withdrawal within 14 days via info@ecosolve.be with your order number and account number for a refund. info@ecosolve.be

Returns:

  • Return the goods to: EcoSolve, Turnhoutsebaan 284, 2110 Wijnegem, Belgium.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. EcoSolve will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, including delivery costs.
