2 Phase Setup Guide

This is a summary guide of the important steps to set, while configuring the Eniscope and admin.eniscope.com for a 2 phase system.

Physical installation




If measuring a 2 phase on 1 Input to the Eniscope, then L1 should be connect to the CT1, L2 connected to CT2, while L3 should be connected to Neutral for the voltage reference.




Eniscope Hub settings




For the Eniscope Hub, you only need to set the Meter 'Phase Configuration' to Two phase during setup.

Add Equipment



Although only for reference, we recommend you fill in the Advanced configuration box by selecting 2 Phase.


Add Dataview






 


For the dataview in the 2 Phase setup, you need to select the 'System' option, but please be aware that the Analytic 'Fields' options will be based on a 3 phase system, so the parameter for phase angle between 1 to 3 will not be relevant.

You now have all the important settings for a single phase.




Analytics



In Analytics, you can select the System option (summarised) or the 3 phase under 'phase type' on the options tab. Then continue to select the meters, parameters and time interval of interest. Please be aware that it will show a trace for the 3rd phase (which should be zero).
